SMC's series ZYY generator units were designed to be mounted together with solenoid valves on the same, stacking type, manifold.  ZYY generator valve units are suitable for vacuum adsorption systems.  Nozzle diameters are 0.7mm and 1.0mm. Options include a silencer and a vacuum switch.
