Series REC Sine cylinder allows rapid transfer of work with dramatically reduced shock/impact.  Maximum 500 mm/s of high speed transfer is possible drastically reducing cycle time.  The REC clean room series removes dust generated inside with an exhaust from the relief port or vacuum sweeping, and is auto switch capable.

Series 12-REA provides the features needed to allow rapid transfer which virtually eliminates shock impact.  12-REA is available in 5 bore sizes from 25mm to 63mm and strokes up to 1000mm.  It also has a specially treated cylinder tube exterior.  After inspection, products are blown with high purity air (clean bench/class M3.5) in a clean environment.  Products are sealed and shipped in anti-static double bags.
